Derestrict a PGO Big Max klass 2

Hi Everybody!
Newly registered user with his first question here I recently bought a 2018 PGO Big Max klass 2 which is restricted to 25 km/h. I'd like to know how it is restricted. I've been browsing around and think there's a restriction on the exhaust - is this true?

There are two restrictions that I know of:
1st: the ring or bracket on the variator shaft that stops the drive belt from climbing to high on the variator plates.
2nd: the ”appendix” on the exhaust. You’ve got three pipes on the exhaust: one goes to the muffler, another to the pulsair vent, and the middle on which is ”blind”. Remove the middle one and seal the hole somehow.
